What’s not returnable?

All shipping boxes which have been opened is considered an open product and for safety reasons for our wellness community is not eligible for return.
Please note that all of our bottles are sealed with. If the seal is broken, the elixir is considered opened and is not eligible for return.
Opened elixirs are not returnable.
Elixirs in boxes which have been opened are not returnable.
Items not purchased at www.NowAlchemy.com.
Items without an order number or a packing slip.
Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).

We ship globally. Customers is responsible for customs taxes or fees.
